We'll be talking about the senses and body language this week -you know all these signals and postures and gestures we do depending on our internal emotions and mental states.Body language is an important part of communication -it is said that it is 50% or more of what we are communicating. Sometimes we are aware of our body language, but most of the time we are not, particulary when we are lying. Do you often lie? Did you know that it shows in your face (or in your whole body) when you are lying? How good are you at detecting lies?
KEY WORDS: Deception (a false friend!), signs, the more... the more (lots of this sturcture), the catch is..., average, looks like. Are you getting the whole truth and nothing but the truth? Do you want to know the tell tale signs that will give you away when you are lying?

- READ articles / vocabulary work dealing with LIES
- Are you a good liar? Try this TEST
So do you think you are a good liar/a good lie detector?

Surely, when we are lying we change our posture, gestures and facial expressions.
In my case, sometimes I have lied to avoid doing something that I didn't want to do, for example somebody invited me a party and I didn't want to go, then I told a lie. I might have told the truth, but without doubt sometimes if we want to avoid bad feelings, we have to say a lie.
So if you honestly say that you don't always TELL the truth you could take the test I've just uploaded (how big a liar are you?)
Of course, I think we all tell white lies when we don't want to hurt other people's feelings, don't we?
You finally put me in a photo where everybody can admire how handsome I am.
Thanks for the pic and for the beautiful day !!!
It's a nice pic, you sure look good and your baby looks gorgeous ... he takes after his mom, as you very well know!
